Built by a Service-Disabled Veteran. Built for Small Businesses in GovCon.
Apex GovCon Partners is run by a 100% service-disabled veteran who has carried the SDVOSB designation through the SBA process and into live federal work — and knows what it costs a small business to pursue government contracts without one. That gap is the reason the firm exists.
We started Apex to level the playing field for small businesses pursuing federal work. Not as a referral network, not as a teaming middleman — as an operating SDVOSB firm that hands clients the same captive structure, certification pathway, DCAA posture, and proposal discipline we use ourselves. The mission is straightforward: more small businesses winning set-aside work they can actually deliver.
Leadership
Our Founder
Apex is principal-led. The credibility a contracting officer or teaming partner reads on a proposal is the credibility of one person — and that is the point. Four threads run through William's background, and they are the same threads that run through every engagement Apex takes on.
That is why a contracting officer should care: William is the same principal who will sign the proposal, brief the capability narrative, and stand behind the certification. The difference between a SDVOSB firm whose principal earned the designation and one whose consultants studied it shows up the moment the work is reviewed — and it is the difference Apex is built to deliver.
Our Principles
The Apex Standard
Three commitments that shape every engagement, from a single SDVOSB certification through a multi-year contract setup. They are not slogans — they describe how the work is built and reviewed before it goes out the door.
